Indemnity

I indemnify Marks Park Archery Club, the range master, trainers and land owner from any and all claims, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including lawyer's fees arising out of, connected with or resulting from any accident or injury, and the use of the equipment. Including, without limitation, the manufacture, selection, delivery, possession, use and operation of the equipment for its intended purpose or otherwise not intended use.

I understand and accept that intense physical and mental exertion may occur therefore I further warrant that I have no medical or mental condition or complaints that in any way may endanger myself or other archers during or after participation.

Photo Permission

Marks Park Archery Club often uses photos from club activities to generate interest and promote the sport. We respect your right to privacy and will not publish any photos that clearly identify you, if that is your wish. To that end, we would like your permission to use photos in which you appear on our web site and social media channels.
